Week Four — No King But the True King

We've seen the kings we want.

We've seen the kings who fail.

We've met the King who came wearing a crown of thorns.

But the story isn't over.

The Jesus who came the first time in humility will return in glory.

The One who rode into Jerusalem on a donkey will return as King of kings and Lord of lords.

Every temporary throne will fall.

Every false kingdom will end.

Every substitute we thought could save us will be exposed.

And only one King will remain.

But Revelation isn't simply telling us what will happen someday. It forces us to decide how we're going to live today.

Because the question isn't whether Jesus will be King.

The question is whether we will surrender to His reign now.
