For more than thirty years, I owned and operated Master's Touch Communication, a coaching, leadership development, and consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals, pastors, business owners, leaders, and organizations grow with purpose and integrity.
To be honest, stepping away from the business side of Master's Touch was not an easy decision. When you've invested decades into something, it becomes part of your story. It represents relationships, lessons learned, opportunities to serve others, and countless moments of watching people discover their potential.
As I prayed through this season, I found myself wrestling with whether I was ready to let it go. During that process, I felt the Lord ask a simple but powerful question:
"Why are you holding onto something that you can still offer through the ministry I've already entrusted to you?"
That question changed my perspective.
I realized that the coaching, leadership development, mentoring, and speaking opportunities I have enjoyed for so many years were never dependent on a business entity. They were expressions of a calling. The platform may look different today, but the mission remains exactly the same: helping people grow, lead well, discover their purpose, and live with greater faith, integrity, and impact.
Today, those services continue through Transformation Church's Pastoral Services ministry. Whether speaking to a congregation, encouraging a leadership team, coaching a business owner or pastor, developing organizational culture, or helping individuals navigate life's transitions, my passion remains unchanged.
While Master's Touch Communication may no longer operate as a separate business, its heart and purpose live on. In many ways, this isn't an ending at all. It's simply the next chapter of a calling that God began many years ago and continues to write today.
Helping people live and lead with faith, purpose, and eternal impact.
