From Filling to Function

Pastor Jeff

This Sunday at Transformation Church, we continue the momentum of Pentecost with a powerful message titled “From Filling to Function.”

In Acts 2, the Holy Spirit filled the room… but He never intended to stay there. What began as fire from heaven quickly became a movement on earth. The early church didn’t just experience God’s presence — they began living differently because of it.

They became devoted instead of distracted. Connected instead of isolated. Bold instead of fearful. Available instead of comfortable.

Too often, people seek moments with God without allowing those moments to transform how they actually live.

But the Holy Spirit was never given simply for emotional experiences, spiritual hype, or Sunday gatherings. He was given to empower everyday believers to live on mission every single day.

In this message, we will discover how Pentecost was not the conclusion of the story — it was the launch of the Church.

The same Spirit that filled the upper room is still calling believers today to move beyond inspiration and into action… beyond being filled and into functioning.

If you’ve ever wondered:

What does a Spirit-filled life actually look like?

How does Pentecost affect Monday morning?

What happens after the emotional moment is over?

How can God use ordinary people in everyday situations?

…then this message is for you.

Join us as we learn that God didn’t fill us just to feel something… He filled us so we could become something.

Because Pentecost was never meant to stay in a room.

It was meant to move into your life.
