Table Topics - Week Four
Some of the most important conversations in life don’t happen in crowds. They happen at tables.
In Week Four of our Seven Days series, we step into the upper room the night before the cross. No rally. No spectacle. Just a table. Bread. A cup. A towel. A prayer.
At that table, Jesus didn’t panic about what was coming.
He prepared His people for it.
He spoke comfort when fear was rising.
He called His disciples to remain connected when everything was about to shake.
He reminded them they were stronger together than apart.
He promised the Holy Spirit would guide them.
He modeled servant leadership.
He broke bread and revealed the cost of love.
And then He prayed.
This wasn’t a random dinner. It was preparation for the cross.
What happens at the table matters. And what Jesus said that night still prepares us today for hardship, for service, for unity, for surrender, and for whatever comes next.
Join us for Week Four of Seven Days as we gather around the table and ask:
Where do I need comfort instead of fear?
Where do I need to remain instead of run?
Who am I called to serve?
What is the Holy Spirit saying to me?
What do I need to surrender in prayer?
Before the cross came the table. And what happened there........changes everything.
All are welcome.
